At RSKIN Studio your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To respect the time of both our clients and your esthetician, I kindly ask that you review and adhere to the following policy: 24-Hour Cancellation Policy I require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service total. (This policy applies to all services booked.) Emergency Exceptions: I understand that true emergencies happen. Emergency situations may include: • Sudden illness • Medical emergency • Family emergency • Severe weather or unsafe travel conditions Emergency cancellations will be handled on a case-by-case basis at my discretion.
